Entry/Exit:
at any time because the way of the main entry door is given together with the key of the room/ apartment.

Breakfast:
(from 8:00 to 9:30, agreeing upon the time)
The costumers who don’t make use of the B&B’s system can ask for the additional breakfast service with additional cost.
By asking in advance, it’s possible to have gluten-free fresh products.

Park:
clear and free in the garden in front of the B&B. In the immediate vicinity, in S. Mary Street in front of the “Dei cantoni” restaurant, there’s a large public park. The cars can have free access to all the historical centre.

Cycles:
is available a protected space to lodge bicycles and there’s the possibility to rent mountain-bikes.

Smoking:
In rooms/ aprtments and common spaces, smoking is not allowed. Who wants to smoke can use the places on the outside into the Court.

Beach:
Convention with seaside resort also equipped with swimming pool in Cesenatico 20 minutes by car.

Main services: the chief town of Longiano is equipped of the main services: there is a touristic information centre, a bank, a post office, a police centre, a chemist’s shop, a supermarket, a car office, a petrol station, a camping area, a newsstand, a bus line which goes to and comes back from Cesena, Savignano and Cesenatico.
